Irwin looks after the young men who are seeking asylum in UK. He studied and worked in Agricultural Economics at the University of Reading and then taught TEFL for 20 years, both in the UK and overseas.

Jonathan Eastwood

Manager of the Refugee Community Team

His position includes oversight of housing related advice services, ‘floating support’ and work with destitute people. Previously Jonathan worked in the Rail industry in supervisory roles.

James Davies

* Immigration Advice Team Leader

MA University of Cambridge, ordained minister of the Church of England, qualified Level 2 OISC Adviser. James is also Chair of the board of Trustees.

Yolanda Fuentes

Support worker & Immigration Adviser

BA in Social Education and Theology. Yolanda is a support worker for vulnerable adult refugees as well as an OISC level 1 qualified immigration adviser. She previously worked in Spain, supporting people trapped in human trafficking and exploitation.

Rosalie Buchanan

Support worker-Vulnerable Families

BA (Hons) PGCE (French). Previously, as well as raising a family of four children, she taught French and English in schools and at home.

Rob Suddrey


Immigration Advisor and Support Worker

NVQ 4 equivalent in Health and Social Care, NVQ 3 in Business & Finance. He is currently taking a part-time BA degree in Social Work. Support worker looking after vulnerable adult refugees and providing housing related advice. He is also training to be an OISC Level 1 immigration advisor. Previously travelled widely, and worked in Eastern Europe.

Victoria Zorn


Receptionist

Victoria is from the United States and has experience in English Teaching in the US and China. Previously she has worked in administration for another charity.
